Jasmine Thai

A variety of long-grain rice, with a fine grain, originating from Thailand. This is a naturally aromatic rice, and it is cultivated in the highlands, in specially designed terraces. It gets its natural flavour from the particular qualities of the subsoil in which it is grown. It is ideal for pilaf and steamed rice dishes with an exotic and delicate flavour.
