1^η meeting about the project NutriRice

In the framework of the project, a visit to ARNAOUTELIS S.A. in Lamia took place on Friday 22 October 2021. Participating from the side of the Harokopio University of Athens (Department of Dietetics - Nutrition Science, Laboratory of Chemistry, Biochemistry and Physical Chemistry of Food) were Mr. Panagiotis Igoumenidis and Mr. Antonis Perdikaris, from the University of Thessaly (Department of Agriculture, Plant Production and Rural Environment) Professor Christos Athanasiou and Mrs. Paraskevi Agrafioti and from the company's side the company's agronomist Mrs. Thomae Gremila and the director and head of the company Mr. Antonis Arnaoutelis. (Photo 1). A tour of the company's premises was conducted by the company's agronomist in charge, Mrs. Gremila, discussing the company's problems and market requirements.
